When I purchased the bariatric chair, the original seat lasted almost 4 years. I replaced the seat in June of 2023 and that seat lasted one year. I hope the current seat lasts longer than a year but is much more uncomfortable than the original. This chair is a daily necessity and I am not sure what I would do without it and I very fortunate that you were able to quickly and correctly fulfill the order. Kudos for that. Unfortunately the overall quality and comfort has greatly declined. I can’t help but wonder if manufacturers of medical equipment ever have to use it.

Needed a new shower buddy seat. Associate was very helpful and we received the seat within a few days.

The vendor provided great service. Had no issues with them. When the product arrived, the bolt holes did not match. I was able to get two holes to align and used washers to make the seat work. Not sure if I was sent the wrong part, or the product had changed since we purchased it.
