The ShowerBuddy (SB1) transfer system will transform your existing curbed shower into an accessible, barrier-free shower in minutes. This chair allows the user to enjoy showering again without the high cost, delay, and stress of a full bathroom remodel. The SB1 alleviates heavy lifting and multiple transfers for toileting and showering. This chair is separated into three sections: rolling base (shower chair), bridge, and shower base. The rolling base can double as a bedside commode. It also rolls around the house like a wheelchair, allowing a user to easily transfer and roll into the bathroom area and over the toilet. When toileting is complete, the rolling base and shower base are connected using the bridge, allowing the chair to slide over the curb and into the shower stall. Once inside the shower stall, the bridge disconnects, and the shower base can rotate 360 degrees to allow the user to face the shower controls or any other direction. SB1 features a unique secondary safety mechanism that prevents the chair from sliding off the track and causing injury. The SB1 chair comes equipped with a standard front-opening cushion, footplate, flip-back, lockable and removable armrests, 5" lockable casters, a removable commode bucket with lid, chest belt, lap belt and height adjustability. ShowerBuddy (SB1) is a caregiver-assisted product; it is not intended for independent use. Note: SB1 only fits over a limited amount of toilets.

Shower chair was safe and well designed but did not work with our bathtub so, unfortunately, we had to return. Return shipping was $600! I would have happily paid Solutions to use their shipping label at a fraction of the cost
I don't have words to describe how I feel. I was able to go to shower at home after 10 years. Though I have taken shower at rehabs and hospitals but never at home until I got ShowerBuddy SB1.
Well built, easy to assemble, multi functional
Very happy with this product. It is very well made and works like a charm. I have been taking sponge baths for 4 years. I am now able to use the shower.
The shower transfer system is truly a great innovation other than the bridge is a little short. Also, it was difficult to set up on a floor with uneven elevation.
My dad recently lost his leg and has struggled to use the bathroom on his own and clean himself up. With this chair he is able to safely go to the bathroom and can then transfer to the shower and clean him self up a true life saver for for someone trying to regain there independence it’s the simple things you take for granted

We have a tiny bathroom. Husband is disabled with dementia. Even with many handholds, was fearful of stepping into the shower, the 3" rise caused him to get disoriented and dizzy. So, I saw this solution for a tiny bathroom!!! Husband took to it like a duck to water.
I ordered this chair for my dad who has fallen recently. Received it quickly and am happy it is such a solid product. Noticed an issue with one of the wheels called and the issue was taken care of with no hassel and quicker than I thought possible.
