Responsive but ...

I appreciate your willingness to find a solution to my problem of needing longer rails for my SG3. My only problem is that, because our need was immediate, I asked you to send them overnight using my FedEx account number. You opted to send them via FedEx Ground instead and it took us another five or six days to get them.
